This is my place of the week.  Hawaii is one of the most isolated places on earth.  There are 9 main islands in the Hawaii islands; Niihau, Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Molokai, Lanai, Kahoolawe, and the big island Hawaii.  Undersea volcanoes that erupted thousands of years ago made the islands. It’s the only state that grows coffee.  One third of the world’s supply of pineapples comes from the Hawaiian islands.  The native Hawaiian people have their own language and alphabet.  The letters in the Hawaiian language are the vowels: A, E, I, O, U and the consonants are: H, K, L, M, N, P, and W.

Hawaii is the widest state in the U. S. A. The Hawaiian Islands have one of the biggest mountain ranges in the world.  You can even have snow on the top of the mountain! Hawaii was the 50th state to become a state in the U. S. A. They made 4 counties in the Hawaii islands these are: Kauai, Honolulu, Maui, and Hawaii. Each city has two people in charge: the mayor and the council. The island of Kauai is the fourth largest of the Hawaiian.  Well, that’s the end of this visit but see you next week on my next place of the week.
