Third Grade Concert

The 3rd Grade concert was held at the high school auditorium on March 22nd. Students had to arrive at 5:45 and the concert started at 6. Students walked into the auditorium and stood on the stands. The music program featured songs from across the USA. Students presented songs from the north, south, east, and west.  It included singing, instruments, dancing, active listening, and three different kinds of harmony. The third graders wore patriotic colors, red, white, and blue. Some students wore dressy clothes and some were more casual. The concert was a success and students had a ton of fun!

“It was cool that Mrs. Larson’s class got to use boomwhackers!” said Peyton W. Boomwhackers are colorful, plastic tubes. You hit the boomwhackers with your hand or on the ground to create a slamming sound. It’s a cool feature to have in the concert.

“It was kinda weird when Mrs. Kadrlik’s class sang really loud!” said Madison C.
